Parents and offspring.    Children drag offspring from a barn and drop them on to a card matching parents.


Five senses. Your five senses — seeing, hearing, smelling, tasting, and touching — help you notice the world around you. They’re pretty powerful! You use your eyes to see, your ears to hear, your nose to smell, your tongue to taste, and your skin to feel. Children are going to identify the five senses (sight, touch, hearing, taste, and smell).


Label an apple.    Label the parts of a halved apple. If labels are incorrect, then they will be returned.


Parts of a plant.    Children can label the plant part diagrams to reinforce the associated vocabulary. The four main plant parts are the roots, stem, leaves and flowers. In this tomato plant example we have added fruit and soil.


Anatomy of a flower.    Most flowers have four main parts: sepals, petals, stamens, and carpels. Students label the parts of a flower's anatomy.


Label a volcano.    Label a composite volcano.


Water cycle.    Children will identify the seven main processes of the water cycle and drop labels into the correct spaces on the generalized water cycle diagram. There is an optional quiz on completion.


Water cycle processes.    Students label a diagram representing the earth, to show the processes of the water cycle.


Frog life cycle.    Students order the sequence of the frog life cycle by dragging the appropriate images into each stage.


Label human organs.    Children label the major organs of the human body.


Planting a seed.    Plant a seed sequencing activity. 6 instructions are given for planting a seed, but they are not in order.  Children drag and drop the sentences into a linear sequence container so that the instructions make sense.


Solar system to scale.    Students label planets of the Solar System.

 
Chicken life cycle.    Students label the stages of a chicken life cycle from egg to chick. Students use this activity to label each stage of the life cycle of the chicken. This activity is great to reinforce the vocabulary and learn the sequence of the chicken life cycle.


Fly swim or walk.    Walk, swim or fly.  A sorting activity. Children choose the MAIN way the selected animals move around.


Fruit or vegetable.    Fruit or Vegetable?  A sorting exercise.  We all know that fruits and vegetables are vital for healthy kids. However, did you know many of the vegetables we eat are actually fruits?


Label my body.    Label parts of the body.  Children drag labels to the correct containers. There are some optional questions included with this activity.


Label the ladybug.    There are eight parts to the ladybug anatomy, each with its own purpose. A ladybug is an insect, a beetle actually, and it has most of the same anatomical parts as every other insect, as well as a few parts that are distinctive to the ladybug. All ladybugs are less than 6 mm. long, oval or round shaped, and have six short legs. 


Parts of a wasp.    Children label the parts of a wasp, which has many features of its morphology that are common to all insects.
